Ability to highlight or color code mail

This idea is to give users the ability to color code (or highlight) certain pieces of mail (as a visual aid) to distinguish between pieces in the queue. Something similar to Outlook where you can include color categories that appear next to the email. For example, a Team may use that on their My Team queue where they designate a particular color to a staff member and would use that to highlight mail that pertained to them.
