Assigned column for TEAMS

It would be helpful to show if a mail piece is currently being worked on before viewing its details. For example, in the Mystery TEAM queue, multiple team members are assigned. Once a team member opens a piece, they can assign it to themselves so others can see it’s taken and move on to the next piece.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a “Assigned To” field that displays the name of the team member currently working on the piece in the columns section

• This field can be manually updated by the person who opens the piece.

• Visibility: All team members should be able to see this field in the queue view to avoid duplication of effort.
