Customer users, especially Customer Administrators, often set filters in Analytics and export data from multiple drill down reports. Exported data is often used for accountability purposes. One example is to ensure mail is managed timely, across the enterprise.
It takes considerable time for users to run the reports, drill down and export them. There are several ideas that could help save time:
1) An API that gives customer IT resources self service access to data, so customer IT resources can build automated processes that notify users that have aged and/or unread mail.
2) Enable scheduling and automated exporting of report data to save time.
3) Integrate custom notifications with Analytics so Customer Administrators can configure automated communication based on defined conditions, such as Unread Mail exceeding 4-6 Days.
