Mystery Mail Feedback Loop

Some mail items cannot be routed as they are addressed. When this happens, the undeliverable mail is routed to a Mystery Mail team queue. The Mystery Mail team must then inspect the mail piece to determine the correct recipient or team to forward it to.

This idea is to use AI to learn the correct recipient/team for mail that otherwise could not be delivered based upon prior forward actions submitted by the Mystery Mail team. If the AI is confident that it has identified the correct recipient/team, it would deliver the mail directly to them rather than to the Mystery Mail team. For instance, mail from ABC Company cannot be routed as addressed. The Mystery Mail team knows that all mail from ABC Company needs to go to HR_Team_2. Once they have forwarded mail from ABC Company to HR_Team_2 enough times, and the AI observes that mail from ABC Company is not routed to any other recipients/teams, the AI will begin to route this mail directly to HR_Team_2.
