Full-text search all mail items

This idea is to empower users to search for all mail items that contain specific text. Currently, users can perform a full-text search within a single mail item from the Details screen. They can also use the "Search by anything" feature on the Work Queue tab to search through all of the index values presented in the columns. This idea would empower users to perform full-text search across all mail items in Intelligent Delivery Services.
