Currently, comments/notes can only be added in a very limited number of ways. They can only be viewed in the Activity section of the Details screen (see screenshot below).
At times, Customer Users need to communicate in a more collaborative way with Ricoh Operators (and vice versa). This idea is to add an enhanced comments feature that would allow Customer Users and Ricoh Users to discuss a specific mail piece. Comments would be tied to that mail piece, and my look something like this:
